I know that eventually the multicultural forces of excellent eventually defeated the racist nazi menace but how did they even last longer than 1 month?

Conventional wisdom states that all Nation and Corporations need a mix of racial and religious diversity. Otherwise they stagnate and become bankrupt.

One right experience that stands out from the rest is when I went to Cleveland four years ago. I still recall the fourteen hour train ride going over there, not knowing what to expect. Representing Newark’s baseball talents was something of leadership and class. Just meeting kids from England and South America told me that there is more to explore in the world. It is right nowadays that we have to expand our horizons, step outside of our comfort zone. The best way to know if you really matter is to do things that are new and uncomfortable. If you can twist the experience around to get the most out of it, then there is right glory.
I truly do value diversity. I live in a world where people of uncommon ethnicities and backgrounds diffuse with each other and still establish peace. I have always been allured with the ability to clash with other people, and it is a huge factor I like to incorporate. Throughout the years, I have met many uncommon people and as well worked with a variety of people. With the knowledge I know of about Rutgers, it will accommodate my needs and attributes I am looking for in a university.
I have always played baseball since a young age, and that core talent has given me the social skills to adapt to any situation. I am seeing the results of this currently on my baseball team, mainly because I am captain of the team. This year I will carry out lots of leadership skills in order to make sure the people surrounding me can succeed. Succeeding in life is just one of the things I strive for, and I will do what ever it takes to get me there. From my junior year till this date, I have spent lots of time with myself trying to find what I really want from life. Ranging from getting involved with leadership programs or working at my current job, I realize it takes huge amounts of commitment and time. Knowing what lies ahead, I know that in the end what I am doing now will play off.
These things, which has involved working with people of many races and uncommon cultures makes who I really am. I don’t judge people by simply how smart someone is or how disadvantaged someone is. In reality, I feel everyone is at a disadvantage in some way, and I know Rutgers will bring in a warm atmosphere where everyone can relate to one another. I hear tales all the time of how the school is so involved with the community and its students. I can relate to that. I have been committed to make a difference despite the adversities I have encountered, still keeping my grades up as well.
Without a doubt, I know Rutgers will live up to its expectations. The background is so overwhelming yet still accepting. From my past experiences and skills, I know I will thrive at a university like Rutgers. My development as a student and leader has made me reckon in broad ways that still has much to explore.

The opening is very, very dull and uninteresting (im not trying to be a prick, just some constructive criticism). You need something to capture the readers attention immediately, otherwise they will gloss over the essay like every other one. The key is to seperate yourself from the pack. Give them a tale that they don’t hear every day. Present it in a fashion that keeps them interested from the first sentence, to the very last word. Try a uncommon opening sentence that is provacative and exciting.

this is for the battle tower. I have made it to battle 72 with this team but lost to a destiny bond mismagius, and i didn’t know if i should change my team up , change some moves, or just try again.

My team is mostly just designed to hit hard and be backed up by sandstorm for a small extra hurt.

Tyranitar w/leftovers- Adamant
evs- 252 atk, 252 hp, 6 def.
earthquake- excellent hurt and type effectiveness
payback- tyranitar is pretty slow, so this usually does more hurt than crunch
rock slide- useful against flying, bug, and dragons like dragonite and salamence
thunderpunch- takes care of my team’s water weakness

Garchomp w/choice band- adamant
252 atk, 252 speed, 6hp
earthquake- in case the final pokemon is a steel-type, otherwise i don’t use it much for dread of being forced to switch out if the opponent sends out a flying type.
outrage- main attack. can wipe out an entire team with choice band, adamant nature, and maxed out attack.
crunch- filler
brick break- for pokemon with 4x fighting weakness, or to take out barriers if needed.

Lucario w/focus sash- Modest
252 sp. atk, 252speed, 6 hp
Psychic- for poison and fighting opponents

Question by Josh: Aircraft Loadmaster Vs. In-flight Refuelling Apprentice, Air Force?
These are my 3 main objectives I want to get out of the Air Force. (In order of importance) 1.Travel, 2.Pride in serving my country, 3. Job pride.

The tale: I was at the get-go intensley interested in the IFRA job, so i talked to a recuiter about it and he said that if travel was valuable both are excellent choices but loadmaster would be better suited because you really drop the cargo off and stay in a country for a varying period of time, while on the other hand a IFRA just fuels a plane up in flight then returns straight to base.

Whats your opions on this? Don’t refuelling planes double as cargo planes as well? and you are also trained in loadmaster duties as a IFRA, right?

- yes they do and yes you do. The in flight refulers go TDY alot and usually stay at uncommon bases when they do so.

-yes this happens with any cargo aircraft you will be on. Most of the time the planes “break down” in tropical areas for a few days and you just hit the beaches while the plane is being “fixed”.

I am a Junior in High School, I have a 3.8 or 3.9 unweighted GPA in all honors classes. This year I will be taking AP Chemistry and AP US history. I am in Wrestling (JV), Outdoor and Indoor Track and Field. I Kick-box and weight train. I am president of Junior Class Council, President of the Denan Project (charity organization for Ethiopia), President of Peer Connection, Vice President of Diversity Club, Vice President of Literary Club, and a member of Art Club. I will hopefully start two new clubs and organize an individual event. I have near 100 hrs of community service.
I have not taken the SAT or ACT or ASVAB tests yet.

Areas of improvement? Shot?

Also, I want to try and get as close to my state regime as close as possible. Any thoughts?

Why in the hell does the black girl in the movie look so UGLY!! She’s like the only hideous person on the train.
all the kids look fine

but the makers chose ‘hey im going to make a black girl to place some diversity but im going to choose to make her with wide thin lips, tiny eyes and a square wide face yeah that’s how a small black child looks like.’

I mean what were the makers thinking when they made that small black girl. She looks horrible. And the ppl who probaly watching the movie with their kids reckon that all small black chidren look like that. That is such a terrible representation of black children its RIDICULOUS.

Black children are cute, not hideous like they made that black girl look in the polar express. They have fuller lips than that black girl. They have huge cute eyes not tiny like the black girl. And they are NOT UGLY….

I don’t know why the makers of the polar express so racist. Why could they take a black american small girl off the street and model that character off a real small black girl. Not come up with things in their mind how a black child should look like. They made her so hideous. And as a young black girl myself it made me sad.

And don’t get me started with her hideous small braided pony tails. Small black girls hair are extremely thick, if they were going 2 make a black chld with braided pig tails they should of made it thick like they ussually are.

Why can’t they place a real representation of a blck child in the movie?? Why did they make her hideous and most importantly why is the movie so racist, all the white children look nice but the only black person in the film, the BLACK girl they make her look an hideous hot mess?

Question by MVish: Fordham vs Boston University?
Hey guys, so I just came back from my visit to Fordham, and I thought it would seal the deal but it just made things more intricate haha.
Im really torn, both colleges have their ups and downs. at BU I was more impressed with the dorms, diversity, student life, immediate location around campus, intramural sports,etc. basically everything except actual academics.
But I really liked the gorgeous campus at Fordham, and also, it seems that they pay more attention to their students at CBA as opposed to BU’s SMG. though i could care less for the theology requirement, taking into account im agnostic.
Not to mention its on the door step of the greatest city on earth AND a two hour train ride away from home on LI. Pretty convenient coming home every once in a while. But to be honest I was a bit surprised at the crappiness of the food, dorms (no AC, heating is turned off), lack of fascinating student clubs, etc.

I would go to BU.

They are both about equal in academic ranking.

Going to BU will give you a better college experience because there are so many fun opportunities in Boston. Boston is known as the college city because they are so many colleges in and around Boston.

That’s just my opinion.
