its not like 40+ years of racism, bitterness, despise and intolerance will be overcome with a few months of diversity training classes or can it? do you reckon its a waste of money to continue diversity training classes for michelle or do you reckon that with enough effort it will overcome its bitterness, intolerance and despise for white people?

I tried to google it but couldn’t find anything out of the junk that popped up. Does anyone know of a company that tried diversity training and failed?
It’s for some college work I have to do. I just need to find a company that failed to implement diversity training and fill out a worksheet.

I dont know if a company could really “fail” diversity training. The point of a program like that is usually to educate your employees on how they should be acting and not testing them on what they should already know.
Can I question why you are curious about this specific issue? I might have some fantastic resources on diversity training if you are interested.

so the boss has 18 differant diversity training classes he wants me to attend over the year .I see it address race, religion ,culture,that is every race,culture,reliogion exceot white-usa culture , christaintys .WHY NOT ? does not these other groups need diversty training to deal with white -usa- christains just as the white- usa -christain needs training to work with other groups i don,t know how this training well work if you exclude the needs of the white- usa -christain

Really people in the business of diversity training (mostly white people) realize that white Christians are normally the causes of diversity problems in social settings. Most minorities are very respectful of one another it’s normally the so-called white Christians who are the most likely to go into an office or a post office and kill a bunch of people. So yes, please take this training for the sake of us all, you sound like you could really use it.
